Can you get a video of the fan in action, cuz a person selling the fan told me that the leds are fixed in position, but by the way it looks in the picture, it looks like it moves with the bearings, thanks.

Yeah, it's weird. The LED's are just fixed in the middle, and they shine outwards, opposite to the direction of the airflow... I dunno who the hell designed them... anyway, cos the plastic is kinda frosted, the whole thing glows pretty well. But you get the 2 LEDs shining directly out like torches (and these babies are BRIGHT).

I was thinking of a nice simple mod - sticking some tin foil over the LEDs to reflect all the light back in. We'll see
