First off, I would like to thank everglide for providing these for us to review, go check them out at www.everglide.com or www.everglide.co.uk, they ship internationally. There is a sale on at time of writing, and all their products are now offered at a lower cost, don't miss the opportunity to get some quality stuff cheap. Now onto the review.

Ok, today, we are going to check out the Wrist rest from Everglide. This can be bought separately or can be bought in a set with a mouse bungee and one of their mouse pads. The package sent was decent. It was an envelope which was bubble lined. When I looked in, there was the mouse bungee and the wrist rest.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a set of mouse skatez. I appreciate Everglide sending me the mouse skatez; it shows that they are sorry for their mistake and that they want to make everything better again (see the attack pad optical review). And let me tell you, they sure did. They replied to my email fast and shipping was in a timely manner. Now onto the review.

The wrist rest goes in conjunction with one of Everglides mouse pads. It fits perfectly into the curve on the pads where you rest your wrist. It is solid.

The top does not look like it will wear out anytime soon. The material looks to be like Neoprene. That's the kind of material that they use in kneepads. Like I said, it just feels and looks that way, I am unsure of what it is actually made of. It is difficult to make it move during use thanks to its bottom surface. It has a shiny finish, but who would ever see the bottom during usage.

Conclusion:
I really can't say that much about a product that there are so many clones of. The wrist rest does elevate your wrist off the surface you use your mouse pad on. It does feel better then no wrist rest when I went back to just the plain old pad. I personally would have liked it to be softer or gel like. It is firm and will keep your wrist elevated to a more natural position, so you fatigue won't likely be kicking in for a couple hours. It cost $6.00 plus shipping. It is a bit cheaper with the set. There are a lot of products similar to this, it is just personal taste, some are cheaper, and some are more expensive. I would like mine to be softer or gel like, others might prefer firmness. The rubber on the bottom does not hold amazingly well. I would give the wrist rest an 8 out of 10 anyways.

Ed: the UK site suggests the wrist rest is indeed gel filled. Finally we get a better deal than our american cousins? :)

Pros:
Firmness
Solid
Good construction
Keeps wrist in a natural position
Lessens fatigue
Fits perfect with Everglide pads
Does not move easily

Cons:
Firmness (maybe too firm for some)
Cost

If you have any questions on a review I have done, I am a real person, not some drone or corporate tool, and you can contact me, I am frequently browsing the forums, my user name is rayz00 and all you have to do is post if you would like to know more on an item I have reviewed, I will give you the best information I can. The main thing I do on the computer is game and read online websites, so you can see why I review the way I review.
Thanks.

Back in the old days a case was just a box you plonked the computer in. Now it's an integral part of your cooling system as well, and this one is trying something a bit new. Luckily, and importantly, it also looks rather natty.
Enermax are no stranger to the scene. They've been producing top flight power supplies for yonks and have tried there hand at case design on a few occasions too. This, the CS-718 released under the company's
Coolergiant CS-718
The evolution of waterblock design has been to eek as much cooling performance from systems as possible without introducing brute force methods like bigger radiators or faster, louder, cooling fans. A while back I took a look at the Alphacool NexXxoS Pro HP block which, back then, was a bit of an arse kicker. Here we'll have a look at a new block with a big ambition: to beat the HP and its peers.
LICS Master Freezer 1
So what do we have here? Well, we have a well built, very attractive, solid hard working power supply. But it does come with a price tag to match. As mentioned earlier it's not as expensive as high-end power supplies used to be (although Enermax do produce a ~£100 unit, so I suppose this is their mid-range effort) but compared to other brands it is still an expensive choice. HiPer, Super Flower, Tagan and Antec all make similarly specced units at lower prices, but whether they are as polished (quality-wise, as well as the literal meaning) as this Enermax unit is something I cannot comment on.
